A steady self-awareness coupled with an eagerness to always get better allows Gordon to continuously push himself in workouts and as an activist. He runs a non-profit, takes on different roles on the court, and started a media company, demonstrating to the next generation everyone's potential is unlimited.

That winding path has taken him from the Illinois state championship in high school to Stanford, the Golden State Warriors, and even a Euro League Championship in Madrid. Despite his many achievements such as being Stanford's all-time leading scorer, he went undrafted. Ultimately, it is a positive mindset and ability to stay true to himself that continues to carry Randle, inside the game of basketball, as well and outside, such as with his new business venture.

It’s hard to find an athlete who is candid about his previous life experiences, the positive and negative, quite like Ky Bowman. On the surface, his ability to amplify the Warriors roster with his energy and commitment to being great at even the small things makes him seem like a success story. But many don’t know the adversity that shaped Bowman. He suffered the passing of his father at age 7, overcame communication and speech therapy issues, and had to truly earn his spot at Boston College after almost deciding to play college football.
It’s thanks to his strong communication skills, positive attitude and ability to go the extra mile that propelled Bowman to the next level.

Grant Williams' winding journey through basketball has taken him from Charlotte to Knoxville and most recently to Boston. But his path to the pros was certainly not straight and narrow. Williams talks about the decisions he made to prioritize a career in basketball, as well as those he almost made such as going to Yale for college or pursuing an MBA in Finance at Tennessee.
Through it all, Williams has stayed ardently self-aware of the skills he brings to the table, and how to become a sponge depending on the team he's playing with.
